Hotel Room Reservations - Online

Please pay attention to these instructions, so that you make the reservation that you really want!

(See below for offline instructions.)

• Log on to the Hotel's special web link for Mythcon: https://group.doubletree.com/i1zmz6.
• The dates listed are for ALL the dates for which you can get rooms at the conference rates. Unless you plan to arrive and depart on those dates, you will need to change them.
• Click on the dates, or on "Edit stay".
  
  
• Click on the dates you want in the calendar that comes up.
  
• You should see the new dates. When they are correct, click "Done".
  
• Now, this is VERY IMPORTANT! You must click on "Update" for the new dates to take effect.
  
  
• With the dates you want now in effect, you can go ahead and choose the type of room you want, and continue with the normal room reservation process.

If you prefer not to use web access to reserve a room, you can call the hotel directly at +1 (952) 542-8600 and use the code MCA.
