Order By Mail

To place an order from the Mythopoeic Society by mail, first download and print a copy of the order form:

Next, use the “Add to Cart” PayPal links throughout the web site to select the items for your order; shipping charges will then be automatically calculated. When the last item is added to the PayPal Shopping Cart, then print out the page. (The exact method for printing the page varies by browser, but one of the following two ways should work.)

  • While viewing the shopping cart page, press CTRL + P,  -or-
  • Right-click on the shopping cart page and choose “Print” from the context menu

Mail a completed copy of this order form, a printed copy of the PayPal Shopping Cart page, and payment to the following address:
