<li>You need not join a committee to make a nomination.</li>
<li>Limit of five nominations per category per person.</li>
<li>Authors or publishers may not nominate their own books.</li>
<li>Books published by the <a href="http://www.mythsoc.org/press/">Mythopoeic Press</a> are not eligible.</li>
